Healthy Meal Prep
Well hello! I pray you are having a wonderfully blessed day. Here in Virginia, we are still melting away after a big snow storm last week. Because the temperatures have continued to be so low, it’s taking some time for all the snow to melt.
On last week’s blog, I talked about my husband’s diet and how we did not do so well during the holidays. Ever since I posted my husband’s meal prep on social media I have been receiving questions about meal prepping for others as well. So today, I came up with a two-week schedule for healthy meals for some clients and wanted to share this with you.
I had no idea this subject would garner so much interest. My creative mind is always at work - especially when it comes to business and efficiencies of life tasks since we are all challenged to do more with what seems like less time.
